Agreement

By using mpcarsrent.com(the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Site is operated by Mamalyha Inc., doing business as MP. Cars Rent(“we,” “us”). If you don’t agree to these terms, please don’t use the Site.

Who can use the site

The Site is open to anyone. To actually bookone of our cars, you’ll need to be at least 21 years old (some exceptions exist for U.S. military), hold a valid driver’s license, and meet Turo’s eligibility requirements. Those rules belong to Turo, not us.

The site vs. the rental

This Site is a marketing front end. It shows our fleet, our pickup locations, and how to reach us.

It is not where you rent the car. Every rental is booked through Turo, where you accept Turo’s terms of service and the host rental agreement. The agreement you accept on Turo — not this page — governs your actual trip, your insurance, your security deposit, and any disputes about the car.

If anything on this Site conflicts with what’s on Turo or in the rental agreement, the Turo agreement wins.

Listings and pricing

We try to keep car descriptions, photos, and “from $X / day” pricing accurate, but we don’t guarantee it. Daily rates on Turo change with demand, season, and trip length — the price you see on Turo at booking is the real price.

Availability shown here is approximate. The car you book is reserved when Turo confirms it, not when you submit our inquiry form.

Inquiries and communications

When you submit the inquiry form, call, or email us, you’re starting a conversation — not a reservation. We’ll get back to you during open hours (8am – 8pm PT, daily). We may keep a record of these conversations as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don’t use this Site to:

• Try to break it, scrape it at scale, or pull it apart
• Send us threatening, harassing, or fraudulent messages
• Pretend to be someone you’re not in the inquiry form
• Use anything from the Site to run a competing service

We can refuse service or block access if you do.

Intellectual property

The Site’s design, copy, photography of our fleet, and the “MP.” mark belong to Mamalyha Inc.. You can link to the Site freely. You can’t copy substantial portions of it for another site or business without our written permission.

Car manufacturer names and logos belong to their respective owners — we use them to describe the cars we own.

Third-party links

Links to turo.comand other third-party sites are provided for your convenience. We don’t control them and we’re not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.”We don’t warrant that it’ll be error-free, available 24/7, or free of bugs. We don’t warrant that any car shown is available on a given date — that’s what Turo’s calendar is for.

Nothing on this Site is legal, financial, or insurance advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mamalyha Inc.and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site — including lost profits, lost data, or trip plans that didn’t pan out.

Our total liability for anything connected to the Site is capped at $100, or whatever you actually paid us directly through this Site (which is normally zero — payments go through Turo).

Liability for your actual rental trip is governed by the Turo rental agreement and your chosen protection plan, not by these terms.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable lawyer fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Disputes & governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about these Terms or your use of the Site goes to the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you agree to that venue.

Disputes about your actual rental trip are handled through Turo’s resolution process and the Turo rental agreement, not here.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms. Material changes will be flagged on the home page for 30 days.
