Do I have to book through Turo?

Yes — every booking goes through Turo. That's where ID verification, insurance, and the rental contract all live. We don't take cash on the side or do off-platform deals. It keeps everyone protected.

Can I get picked up directly at LAX?

Yes — LAX hand-off is included on every booking, no surcharge. Tell us your terminal and arrival time and we'll meet you there. Our Inglewood lot is about 5 minutes from LAX, so the walk-around is quick. Door-to-door delivery anywhere else in LA or Orange County is $50 each way.

What if I need to extend or shorten my trip?

Trip changes go through Turo. If you message us first, we can almost always say yes to extensions — just give us a heads up so we don't double-book the car.

What about insurance?

Turo offers protection plans during checkout — Premier, Standard, and Minimum. Your own auto insurance or credit card may also cover Turo rentals. Pick whichever you're comfortable with at booking; we don't add anything on top.

Do you have car seats, ski racks, or extras?

Some cars do — call or email us before booking and we'll let you know. We'd rather be honest about what we have than over-promise.

What's your cancellation policy?

Turo's standard cancellation policy applies — full refund if you cancel within the first hour of booking, or more than 24 hours before pickup. After that, it's partial. Same as any Turo host.
